League of Municipalities elects new leadership

The New Jersey League of Municipalities elected its leadership for the coming year Thursday.‘

Hardwick Township Committeeman James Perry will serve as the organization’s president.   He succeeds Fanwood Mayor Colleen Mahr.

Clinton Mayor Janice Kovach, re-elected earlier this month by a landslide 2-1 margin, will serve as the League’s first vice president.

Wharton Mayor William Chegwidden will be second vice president, while Monmouth Beach Mayor Sue Howard will be third vice president.
