Andrew Kelly, a former Westfield councilman, passed away on April 22. He was 94. He served in the U.S. Air Force.
Burt German, a former mayor of Merchantville, died on April 21. He served as a councilman and fire chief and spent 42 years as a commissioner of the Merchantville Pennsauken Water Commission.
