Former County Chairman dies

Former Gloucester County Democratic Chairman Francis A. Witt died on February 1.  He was 78.  Witt spent sixteen years as the Mayor of National Park.  He served as a New Jersey Pinelands Commissioner and on the Gloucester County Utilities Authority.

Tracy Harrington Dickinson, the daughter of former State Sen. Fairleigh Dickinson, Jr., passed away on January 30. She was 63.  Dickinson served on the Park Ridge Republican County Committee and was part of a group of first responders at the World Trade Center bombing in 1993.

Former Roselle Park Democratic Municipal Chair Nancy (Bozlo) Kinloch died on February 3 at the age of 80.  She spent ten years as municipal chair.
