Congressman’s brother dies

George LoBiondo, 88, the brother of U.S. Rep. Frank LoBiondo, passed away on February 9 at his home in Vineland.  He was the father-in-law of The Record columnist Charles Stile.  LoBiondo worked for more than fifty years running LoBiondo Bros. Motor Express, his family’s trucking company.
