Booker headed to Nevada

By David Wildstein, February 21 2019 12:23 pm

Cory Booker will make his first campaign trip to Nevada on Sunday since announcing on February 1 that he would seek the Democratic presidential nomination.

The Nevada Democratic Caucus is tentatively scheduled for February 22, eleven days after the New Hampshire primary and one week before the South Carolina primary.

Booker, whose mother lives in Las Vegas, helped elect Aaron Ford as state attorney general in 2018.

The New Jersey senator will appear at a “Conversation with Cory” event in North Las Vegas to discuss his record and views.
