Democratic Freeholders T.J. Best and Bruce James will defeat Republican challengers Matthew Conlon and William Marsala, the New Jersey Globe projects.
The victories are no surprise. Though it’s not the bluest county in the state, Passaic is still a Democratic stronghold.
There are 63,837 more Democrats than Republicans there.
