Former State Sen. Raymond Lesniak (D-Elizabeth) has endorsed Andre Sayegh for Mayor of Paterson.
Lesniak, who ran for governor last year after 40 years in the Legislature and a stint as New Jersey Democratic State Chairman, likely brings Sayegh some additional fundraising resources as he enters final weeks of his mayoral bid. Election Day is May 8.
