Republicans Brian Kaminski and Anthony Ceglia win re-election, keeping the GOP in control of the council.
Republicans Brian Kaminski and Anthony Ceglia won re-election to the Hardyston Council, defeating Democratic challengers Michele Van Allen and Thomas Manzi.
Kaminski received 1,648 votes, while Ceglia received 1,702 votes. Van Allen received 1,596 votes, and Manzi received 1,410 votes.
Van Allen, a former member of the Hardyston Board of Education, and Manzi, a political newcomer, could not unseat the Republican incumbents. Ceglia had been appointed to council to fill the vacancy created by the death of Councilman Frank Cicerale. His victory secured his place on the council.
Republicans retained control of the governing body. Donald Trump carried Hardyston by 22 points in 2024, while Ciattarelli won the township by 15 points over Sherrill in 2025.
