Andrzejczak endorses Sciarra, Casey

Former State Sen. Bob Andrzejczak (D-Middle) endorsed Democratic freeholder candidates in Cape May County Wednesday.

“I do not care for party politics. I want representatives that are there for the right reason and that work for everyone,” Andrzecjzak said on Facebook. “That is why Brendan Sciarra and Liz Casey earned my vote this election.”

Sciarra, Cape May County’s Democratic chairman, and Casey are running to oust incumbent Freeholders Will Morey and Jeff Pierson.

“It is sad that when the incumbent party gets called out on their lawsuits, neglect, and mismanagement of county funds, then since they cannot find anything negative to say about their opponents, they try to tie them to the governor instead,” Andrzejczak said. “What is more ridiculous is when their challengers very publicly opposed many of the governor’s policy decisions because they were bad for South Jersey.”
