Atlantic City councilmen Jeffree Fauntleroy III and Mo Delgado is facing a three-count complaint for failing to file campaign finance reports for his 2017 bid for the city council.
The New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission is alleging that Fauntleroy and Delgado did not file their 11-day and 29-day pre-election reports or his 20-day post-election report.
Fauntleroy and Delgado have the right to request a hearing before the commission, but if they fail to respond within 20 days, ELEC may enter a final decision and impose a fine.
