Bill Pascrell III has been named to the advisory board of Gamban, a software company that makes an app to help gamblers control their betting.
One of New Jersey’s most influential lobbyists – the New Jersey Globe ranked him at #38 on the 2019 Power List – Pascrell has become among the state’s predominant experts on gaming.
“We’re very pleased to have BPIII’s guidance and support as we navigate player protection and the role of gambling-blocking software in the US market,” said Jack Symons, the co-founder and director of Gamban. “His background and experience are second-to-none and we are more than excited to be working together.”
A partner at Princeton Public Affairs, Pascrell has long been a top Democratic political strategist and fundraiser.
“Gamban is reshaping the online gambling market globally through its cutting-edge blocking software,” Pascrell said. “By making it easier for gamblers to control their betting habits, the Gamban app is ensuring protection for users, which will greatly benefit the industry’s sustainability and make mobile gambling more enjoyable and safer for everyone involved.”
