Middlesex judge dies

Karl Meyertons, who served as the Milltown municipal court judge for more than 40 years, passed away on November 18.  He was 86.

A Korean War veteran, Meyertons served as municipal prosecutor in South Amboy before becoming a judge.  He was also the counsel to the Sayreville American Legion Post 211.
