In Memoriam: Longtime mayor dies

Leo McCabe, a former Mayor of Glassboro, died on September 21.  He was 87.  He was mayor from 2002 and 2018.  McCabe served as president of the Gloucester County Mayors Association, as a director of the New Jersey Conference of Mayors, and on the Executive Board of the New Jersey League of Municipalities.

James Osborn, a former Swedesboro Councilman, has died.  He was 83.
