James Balph, the father of New Jersey political powerbroker Gail Gordon, died on January 30. He was 92. Balph was also the father-in-law of Bob Gordon, a commissioner of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and a former state senator.
William Kuchar, a two-term Clark councilman, died on January 27. He was 88.
Barbara Neumann, a former Mahwah Zoning Board member, died on January 20. She was 71.
Stuart Brunet, who served on the Mendham Township Planning Board, died on
January 26. He was 92.
