Charles Kollar, who served as the North Brunswick Municipal Court Judge from 1982 to 2002, died on October 19.  He was 68.

Albert Gallo, the Regional Director of Telecommunications for the U.S. General Services Administration until his retirement in 1972, died on October 15.  He was 100.  Gallo served in the U.S. Army during World War II and spent 31 years employed by the federal government.

Thomas Kelahan, a former president of the Fanwood Democratic Club, died on October 17.  He was 84.  He was a U.S. Navy veteran.

James Lloyd, a member of the Union Township Democratic Club, died on October 18.  He was 85.  A U.S. Navy veteran, Lloyd joined the Steamfitters Local 475 in 1959.

William Pursell, a former member of the Milford Planning Board, died on October 16.  He was 80.  A U.S. Navy veteran, Pursell served as president of the Hunterdon County Bankers Association and was the Zoning Officer for Milford.
