In Memoriam

James Vokral, a former administrator of the Middlesex County Board of Elections and a South Plainfield Councilman in the 1990s, died on October 14.  He was 70.

Frank Mazza, who served as a Caldwell Councilman from 1980 to 1986, died on October 14.  He was 87.

Rev. Robert Dixon, a former chairman of the Plainfield Housing Authority, died on October 9.  He was 86.

Bill Bradley, a member of the Lincoln Park Democratic Club, died on October 14.  He was 66.

Richard “Doc” Facs, who was appointed to the New Jersey Marine Fisheries Advisory Committee by Gov. Brendan Byrne in 1977, died on September 2.  He was 90.  Facs served as police surgeon for the Rahway and Clark Police Departments.
