In Memoriam

Gail Menyuk, a former New Jersey Tax Court Judge, died on July 20.  She was 72. Menyuk served as a Deputy State Attorney General, assigned to New Jersey Transit.

Robert Caruso, who spent 29 years as a Voorhees Fire Commissioner, died on August 29.  He was 90. A U.S. Army veteran, Caruso served as the building inspector in Voorhees.

Rodney Danner, a former member of the South Harrison Board of Education, died on August 30.  He was 82.

Marie Burrows, the widow of Bayonne Councilman Robert Burrows, died on August 24. 

James Kerge, an active member of the Tenafly Republican Party who spent 29 years as a U.S. Air Force officer, died on August 22.

Petro Pisar, the father of former Middlesex County GOP Sheriff candidate Pete Pisar, died on August 25.  He was 94.
