Eileen Thompson Cassidy, a former U.S. Senate staffer, passed away on March 7 after a battle with breast cancer. She was 54.

Alice Grabowski, a former recording secretary of the North Arlington Democratic Club, died on March 8. She was 97.

Ann Grum, a former member of the Linden 8^th Ward Democratic Club, died on March 8 at the age of 94.
