Gus Anselmi, a former member of the Livingston Planning Board, died on May 16. He was 86. An engineer, Anselmi helped build the Liberty Science Center, worked on renovations at Newark Liberty International Airport, and the “Spaghetti Bowl” interchange of Routs 23, 46 and 80 in Wayne. He also served as a Caldwell College Trustee, and as a trustee of St. Philomena’s Church in Livingston.
Norman Glickman, a retired Rutgers University professor who served on Gov. Jim Florio’s Council on Job Opportunities in the 1990s, died on May 8. He was 76.
