Joe Jaglowski, a former member of the Cumberland County Planning Board and a retired Cumberland County health inspector, passed away on March 23. He was 71. He was a U.S. Army veteran during the Vietnam War.
Doris Holloway, a retired shop steward for the Communications Workers of America, died on March 28. She was 89. She was the mother of Woodland Park councilman Gary Holloway.
