Watson Coleman: ‘I’m still cancer free’

Some good news from Washington: Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-Ewing) is cancer free.

Watson Coleman underwent treatment last year after her oncologist discovered a cancerous tumor on one of her lungs.

“Just met with the doctor and I’m still Cancer Free! Thank you everyone for all your prayers,” the three-term congresswoman tweeted today.

Watson Coleman was re-elected in 2018 by a wide margin and won a coveted spot on the House Appropriations Committee for the 116th Congress.
