Sherrill gets Longworth office

By David Wildstein, November 30 2018 4:39 pm

Rep.-elect Mikie Sherrill (D-Montclair) will spend the next two years in the Longworth House Office Building, in Room 1208.

The New Jersey Democrat will take the office being vacated by Rep. Bruce Poliquin (R-Maine), who lost his bid for a third term on November 6.  Poliquin spent his first term in 426 Cannon, which is where Rep.-elect Tom Malinowski (D-Rocky Hill) is headed.

Sherrill had #49 out of 101 in the House office lottery this morning.

Past tenants of 1208 Longworth HOB include: Rep. Lynn Martin (R-Illinois), who served as U.S. Secretary of Labor under President George H.W. Bush.
