Rep.-elect Tom Malinowski (D-Rocky Hill) flipped a district and now he’s flipped an office too.
After defeating Rep. Leonard Lance (R-Clinton)in the Nov. 6 general election, Malinowski will now work out of the same office that Lance occupied during his second term in Congress, room 426 of the Cannon House Office Building.
Vice President Mike Pence was also a tenant of 426 Cannon, during his second and third terms in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Malinowski drew the #2 out of 101 House freshmen in a lottery to pick their congressional office.
The office is currently occupied by Rep. Rick Allen (R-Georgia).
