One year after announcing that he would not seek re-election, former Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen is still sitting on a $428,523 warchest.
Frelinghuysen, who left office on January 3 after 24 years in the U.S. House of Representatives, spent $628 in December to have 1-800-GOT-JUNK clean out his storage facility in Chatham.
He returned $3,700 in campaign contributions and continues to burn through more than $8,000 each month on contracts that he signed in anticipation of a 2018 re-election campaign that never happened.
Former Rep. Frank LoBiondo has $229,190 remaining in his campaign account. He continues to pay a $1,500-per-month consulting fee to his former chief of staff, Mary Annie Harper, and still subscribes to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Pathetic embittered man.
Republicans supported Frelinghuysen for 25+ years, and as soon as the going got a little tough for Rodney, he abandoned those same Republicans. $428,000 unspent in his account, which could have gone to many deserving & needing Republican causes. Obscene.
Notice how there have been no real celebrations or commemorations of Rodney Frelinghuysen? That’s no accident.
