Flora signs no fossil fuel money pledge

Rep. Donald Payne Jr.’s primary challenger signed pledge limiting the money he’ll accept from fossil fuel industry groups and executives Thursday.

John Flora, a Jersey City teacher mounting a challenge to Payne from the left, signed a pledge saying he will refuse donations of more than $200 that come from fossil fuel industry executives, lobbyists or PACs.
