32BJ SEIU backs Menendez

By David Wildstein, September 27 2018 3:02 pm

32BJ SEIU has endorsed Democrat Bob Menendez for re-election to the United States Senate.

“During his 12 years as a U.S. Senator, and in the decades before that as a dedicated public servant, Sen. Menendez has proven himself a leader on workers’ rights and immigration reform. As a ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Sen. Menendez recently introduced legislation to keep immigrant families together,” said Kevin Brown, Vice President and New Jersey State Director of 32BJ SEIU. “32BJ members are committed to helping to re-elect the senator as a friend of labor and working families who will push for sensible laws that will strengthen our communities. He is the only choice for working New Jerseyans on Election Day, Nov. 6.”

The union represents over 12,000 New Jerseyans.
