Governor Murphy’s Grade Today

By David Wildstein, February 13 2018 11:46 pm

Today is Phil Murphy’s 29th day in office.  He scored a big win when the New Jersey Economic Development Authority voted to confirm Tim Sullivan as executive director.  The head of the building trades union publicly opposed Sullivan, but then did nothing to stop him.  Neither did the Senate President. That means the governor made sure the votes were there to get his choice through.

(PoliticsDW will give Murphy a grade every day — either a check, a check plus, a check minus, or an incomplete.  He’ll get a letter grade every week.  Last week, Murphy got an A.)
