OVER 500 NEW JERSEY PUBLIC SCHOOL
PARENTS TO GATHER FOR #CHARTERSTRONG PARENT ACTION DAY RALLY IN TRENTON
On Monday, March 26 over 500 public charter school parents from cities across New Jersey will come together to celebrate the 50,000 public charter school children currently receiving a world-class education and to raise awareness of the more than 35,000 children that remain on charter school waiting lists. Organized by a coalition of parents, schools, and advocacy organizations including Better Education for Kids, the New Jersey Charter Schools Association, JerseyCAN, and the Newark Charter School Fund, the #CharterStrong Parent Action Day rally will feature several guest speakers from legislative leadership.
