Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff will be in New Jersey on Saturday for a high-dollar fundraiser hosted by Gov. Phil Murphy, First Lady Tammy Murphy, and Jon and Dorothea Bon Jovi at the governor’s home in Middletown.

Earlier in the day, Emhoff, the husband of Vice President Kamala Harris, will appear at a fundraiser in Old Tappan hosted by Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-Wyckoff) and others, including Emhoff’s sister, Jamie.

Both fundraisers will benefit the Harris Victory Fund; tickets to the Murphy/Bon Jovi event range from $10,000 to $100,000 per person. The Gottheimer fundraiser will cost from between $1,000 to $25,000.

Emhoff grew up in Matawan and Old Bridge and attended Hebrew school at Temple Shalom in Matawan and Cedar Ridge High School in Old Bridge.

This is the second fundraiser this cycle held at the Murphy home.

In June, Phil and Tammy Murphy raised a massive $3.7 million for President Joe Biden.  That fundraiser came days after Biden debated Republican Donald Trump.

In October 2022, the Murphys raised over $1 million for the Democratic Committee at an event Biden attended at their home.

Also hosting the North Jersey event are Kelli O’Hara, Mandy and James Cooper; Gail Fierstein & Adam Their; Merle and Barry Ginsburg; Councilwoman Annie Hausmann, Elisa Spungen Bildner and Robert Bildner; Eugenie L. Birch; Madelyn Bucksbaum Adamson; Allen Adamson; Marcella Kanfer Rolnick and Joshua Rolnick; Margie Moskovitz Kanfer and Joseph Kanfer; Marcy Syms; Barrett Zinn Gross and Linda Snow Gross.
