Two long-serving senior Donald Trump campaign staffers, including Mendham’s Michael Glassner, have formed a new government affairs firm they say can help guide clients through the second Trump administration.
Glassner has teamed up with John Pence to form Frontline GR, billing it as an America First firm.
“The second Trump administration will bring about a new era of American governance, with new rules, new norms, and risks for businesses ill-prepared to navigate this broad new Trump World,” Glassner said. “To succeed in this new environment, you must truly understand what the MAGA Movement is all about – from personalities to policy goals – and how to adapt your business to the new realities. Frontline GR is perfectly positioned to help navigate President Trump’s America First agenda in Washington.”
Glassner was the deputy campaign manager and chief operating officer of Trump’s 2016 and 2020 races and a senior advisor to the 2024 campaign. He was a senior aide to Bob Dole during the 1988 and 1996 presidential elections, served as chief of staff at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and worked for George W. Bush in 2000 and John McCain in 2008.
His wife, Mendham Borough Mayor Christine Serrano Glassner, sought the GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate last year.
Pence was a Trump campaign senior advisor in 2016 and 2020 and directed a pro-Trump super PAC in 2024.
“The D.C. establishment’s loss is America’s gain,” said Pence. “The American people voted against the status quo and business as usual in Washington,” said Pence. “The coming years are going to be a time of immense opportunity for anyone willing to work with President Trump and Republicans committed to putting America First.”
