In the Monmouth-based 11th district, State Sen. Vin Gopal (D-Long Branch) raised $1,005,239 between June 24 and October 6, and spent $1,228,700. His campaign fund had $394,972 twelve days ago. A joint campaign account with his Assembly running mates, Ocean Township Councilwoman Margie Donlon and former Asbury Park Municipal Court Judge Luanne Peterpaul had $143,221 banked.
Republican Steve Dnistrian reported raising $78,657 and spending $99,858 during the same fifteen-week period; he has $49,171 cash-on-hand as of October 6. A joint account with the two incumbent GOP Assemblywomen, Marilyn Piperno (R-Colts Neck) and Kim Eulner (D-Shrewsbury) has not filed a report.
Eulner showed raising $68,333 and had cash-on-hand of $63,052. Piperno’s report is not yet live.
Donlon had raised $79,941 during the most recent period and had $75,501 in her warchest.
Gopal is seeking his third term in the Senate; he ousted three-term incumbent Jennifer Beck (R-Red Bank) in 2017. Piperno and Eulner narrowly unseated two Democratic incumbents in 2021 and are looking to win second terms.
These numbers are twelve days old and represent just a snapshot of time.
