Doris Fowler, who worked as a legal secretary for Robert B. Meyner before he became governor of New Jersey in 1953, passed away on February 22. She was 87. Fowler later served as the deputy municipal clerk in Lopatcong.
Patricia McIntyre, a former reporter for the Burlington County Times, died on February 21. She was 86.
Gerard Dargan, a former Hoboken firefighter and detective in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s office, died on February 21. He was 76.
