Rice Tribute: Craig Coughlin

Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin released the following statement on the death of former State Sen. Ronald Rice:

“Senator Ronald Rice was a fierce advocate, a principled leader, and a dedicated public servant. His decades of service to his country and community were unparalleled in the Legislature.
