Marlene Feder, a former president of the East Windsor Regional School District Board of Education, died on November 3. She was 78.
Joseph Wentzell, a former Pittsgrove school board member, died on October 24. He was 81.
Kenneth Lockerby, a Haddonfield resident spent 45 years as a journalist and was a copy editor at the Philadelphia Daily News when he retired in 2012, died on October 29. He was 83.
Arthur Bochinski, Sr., a former Ogdensburg Planning Board member, died on November 1. He was 73.
