Ronald Monaco, a former Readington township committeeman who worked on the Apollo Lunar Module while working as an aeronautical engineer, died on July 12. He was 77. Monaco spent 28 years in the engineering department of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and was the Haworth CFO.
Harry C. Smith, who served as a Ramsey councilman, died on July 16. He was 85. Smith was a U.S. Army veteran.
Richard Woolf, a former Franklin township committeeman and school board member, died on July 17. He was 88.
Lewis Seagull, a former assistant Passaic County Prosecutor, died on July 15. He was 70.
Hazel Coursey, the mother of Atlantic County Commissioner Ernest Coursey, died on July 15. She was 99.
