Timothy Donnelly, a U.S. Navy veteran who served in the Gulf of Tonkin and the father of Kivvit New Jersey director Chris Donnelly, died on March 2 after a months-long battle with cancer. He was 74.
Bill Harrington, who served as a Hightstown councilman from 1984 to 1988, died on February 25. He was 83.
Robert Kobylinski, a former Pitman Democratic Club president, died on March 1. He was 80. Kobylinski was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Vera Hyncik, a former Merchantville school board member, died on February 26. She was 93.
Thomas Fried, a former supervisor of the Brick Road Department and commissioner of the Pioneer Hose Fire Company #1, died on February 26. He was 76.
Rah Khera, who served on the Freehold Environmental Commission and the Manasquan Valley Regional Environmental Planning Council, died on January 9. He was 86.
