Jack Doyle, a former Denville councilman, died on November 22.  He was 89.   A U.S. Army veteran and a Democrat, Doyle was elected in the 1973 Watergate landslide and was legendary for sparring with his more conservative father during the public portion of council meetings.

David Young, Jr., who served as a Pitman borough councilman from 1978 to 1984, died on December 3.  He was 83.  Young was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Thomas Gilson
, who served as a senior vault clerk for the Hudson County Prosecutor’s office, died on December 3.  He was 76.

Jean Dusheck, who spent ten years as a Cinnaminson school board member, died on December 3.  She was 86.

Robert McVeigh, a former chairman of the Somers Point Planning Board, died on November 26.  He was 88.

Helen-Jean Robinson, who spent 36 years as the municipal court administrator in Long Beach, died on November 23.  She was 72.

Herman Panacek, Jr., a former chairman of the Hunterdon County Planning Board, died on November 29.  He as 79.
