Martin “Champ” Goldman, a former Assistant Essex County Prosecutor, died on May 21. He was 78. His late father, Maclyn Goldman (D-West Orange), represented Essex County in the New Jersey State Senate from 1966 to 1968.
Lori Beck, the Little Ferry chief financial officer, was killed in an ATV accident on May 24.
Joyce Keating, a Belmar resident who served on the staff of New York State Sen. Hugh Farley, died on May 16. She was 85.
Douglas Campbell, a former Westfield Board of Education president in the 1970s, died on April 28. He was 96.
Florence Olsen, a former caseworker for the Gloucester County Board of Social Services, died on May 22. She was 88.
Gloria Robinson, a Riverdale native and widow of former Gulfport (Florida) Mayor John T, Robinson, died on April 30. She was 85.
Edmund Ardler, a Jersey City native who spent as a councilman and town supervisor in Greenville (New York) died on May 16 after a short battle with COVID-19. He was 88.
