Former reporter, mayor die

Mike Booth, who spent 25 years as the Trenton bureau chief of the New Jersey Law Journal, died on January 6.  He was 56.

Edmund Crispin, a former mayor of South Harrison, passed away on January 6.  He was 92. A World War II Navy veteran, he spent fifty years as a volunteer fireman.

Jay Willer, a councilman in Rockaway Borough for thirty years until his retirement in 2018, died on January 8.  He was 71.

Edwin Orr, a councilman in Dumont for eighteen years, passed away on January 8.  He was 86.
