Frank Hall, who served two terms as the mayor of Teaneck and spent 28 years in public office, passed away on April 16. He was 94. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II and was a Purple Heart recipient.
He was mayor from 1978 to 1982 and again from 1988 to 1989. He was originally elected to the council in 1965, when future Senate President Matthew Feldman was mayor, and served until 1993, when he was on the council with future Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg.
