Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Chairman and former Senator Kevin O’Toole released the following statement on the death of former Governor Richard J. Codey:
“It is with deep regret and sorrow that we note the passing of one of New Jersey’s greatest treasures, Senator Richard J Codey. Richard was the ultimate Trenton warrior and he will be missed by many.”
