Gov. Phil Murphy is expected to announce today that non-essential retail businesses may reopen for curbside pickups, the New Jersey Globe has learned.

Murphy will also permit the reopening of drive-thru attractions, including the historic Delsea Drive-In Theater in Vineland.  This may allow for religious services, as long as participants remain in their vehicles.

The governor has a briefing scheduled for 1 PM today.
