President Joe Biden will join Gov. Phil Murphy for stops in North Plainfield and Kearny on Monday in visits intended to seek public support for a bipartisan infrastructure deal and the Build Back Netter agenda, and to boost the Democratic governor’s bid for a second term eight days before Election Day.

Biden will visit a day care center in North Plainfield, followed by remarks at the New Jersey Transit Meadowlands Maintenance Complex in Kearny.

Westfield had been in the running for a campaign stop, but was not selected.

Air Force One will arrive at Newark Liberty International Airport in the morning.  Depending on the weather, Marine One might also land in Plainfield to move the president between the two stops.
