U.S. Senator Bob Menendez raised $2.8 million in the third quarter, including nearly $2.1 million for the Menendez for Senate campaign, $731,000 for the Menendez Victory Fund at the Democratic State Committee, $16,000 directly to the Democratic State Committee, and $141,325 for his New Millennium political action committee.

Menendez has $6.3 million cash-on-hand and has raised $14.5 million so far for his re-election campaign.

“The energy and excitement can be felt across the state as we head into the final stretch.  The support for Bob Menendez continues to grow as voters understand what’s at stake in this election.  The Senator has the support of real people who share New Jersey values and believe in the Senator’s long record of delivering for our state,” said Menendez spokesman Steve Sandberg.

The New Jersey Globe first reported early estimates of Menendez’s Q3 fundraising haul last week.
