Singh says he never promised to spend $2 million

Republican congressional candidate Hirsh Singh has pushed back again on claims by rival Sam Fiocchi that he told the Cape May County Republican convention that he would put $2 million of his own money into his campaign to hold Frank LoBiondo’s 2nd district seat.

The Singh campaign provided the New Jersey Globe with a video of Singh’s speech.

Singh says the 2018 campaign is “going to take real money”
