The Latino Action Network endorsed Democratic congressional candidates in all but two of Jersey’s 12 House districts Friday.
The group made no endorsements in the fifth and seventh districts, where Reps. Tom Malinowski (D-Ringoes) and Josh Gottheimer (D-Wyckoff) are defending challenges from State Senate Minority Leader Tom Kean (R-Westfield) and former investment banker Frank Pallotta, respectively.
“We believe these are the best candidates to advance the interests of our communities,” LAN President Christian Estevez said. “They share our progressive values, including social justice.”
The network backed U.S. Sen. Cory Booker for another term.
