Snooki can vote.

“Jersey Shore” reality TV personality Nicole Polizzi turned 32 last year and has now registered to vote for the first time.

Voter registration records show that Polizzi registered on October 15, 2019 under her legal name, Nicole Elizabeth LaValle, at her home in Florham Park.

She signed up for an automatic vote-by-mail ballot, but didn’t return it for last year’s general election.

Polizzi is registered as an unaffiliated voter, sometimes known as independents.

Earlier this week, the controversial Polizzi appeared to take sides in the 3rd district Republican primary, threatening to sue David Richter for using  her likeness in a campaign video that compares her behavior to one of the candidates, Kate Gibbs.

Richter’s “Snooki ad” uses footage from the MTV show to highlight some of Gibbs’ past legal issues that occurred when she was younger.

Polizzi has also retweeted a Gibbs appeal for campaign contributions.

To be clear, Polizzi can’t vote for Gibbs or any of the four congressmen who represent the Jersey shore.    Polizzi’ s congresswoman is Mikie Sherrill (D-Montclair).

Polizzi did not immediately respond to a text message sent to her cell phone on Wednesday at 12:02 PM.
