By Nikita Biryukov, July 16 2020 5:43 pm

Former Burlington County Freeholder Director Kate Gibbs outraised former Hill International CEO David Richter in the second quarter of 2020.

Richter, the third district’s Republican primary victor, brought in $35,288 between April 1 and June 30, while Gibbs brought in $71,946.

Despite the gap, Richter had more money banked at the end of the quarter.

He had $207,624 to Gibbs’ $50,008.

Rep. Andy Kim (D-Marlton) has more than $3.5 million in his war chest.

The above figures do not include independent expenditures made for or against either candidate, nor do they include spending by the candidates’ political action committees.
