Medford Township Mayor Chuck Watson has endorsed Jack Ciattarelli for governor in the June 10 Republican primary.
“I am proud to stand with Jack in his fight to fix our state,” said Watson.
Medford Township has 1,319 Republicans, which represents about 2% of the total GOP registration in Burlington County. In the 2021 primary, Ciattarelli carried Medford Township by 346 votes, 48%-29%, in a four-way race.
“Jack is the leader New Jersey needs to clean up Trenton. As a small business owner, Jack knows what it takes to balance budgets, cut taxes and make it easier for all of us to afford to stay in the state we love,” Watson stated. “Nobody has spent more time traveling to every corner of this state and understanding our unique needs than Jack has.”
Watson said Ciattarelli has been “a regular fixture of our annual Halloween Parade and has met with local families time and again.”
“ack won’t abandon South Jersey, he’ll help save it from overdevelopment, crippling costs, and rising crime,” said Watson.
