U.S. Senator Bob Menendez easily won the Warren County Democratic convention this morning, his second convention win of the week. Menendez defeated former Mitchell Horn, a former Morris County Freeholder candidate, with 81% of the vote. Horn received just 14 votes. Another announced candidate for the nomination, Michael Starr Hopkins, did not attend and received no votes.
